I am Hans Georg Lang,

my friends call me Hansi.

I grew up as the son of a railway worker, with two sisters - Waltraud und Helga - in the middle of mountains in a small village called Werfen, in the district of Salzburg / Austria. We have the biggest icecave in the world and also a nice castle. We all wanted to become something special in this little town of 3.500 people. Some of my friends made it.

Petra Kronberger became World Champion and the Olympic Goldmedal in Ski Racing.

The Obauer Brothers, how Karl and Rudi Obauer were called, were cooks of the year 1989, Gault Millau, and have 4 **** A la Carte “stars”, Gault Millau and Michelin “stars”.

I desided to go another way. I wanted to become a famous Singer/Songwriter. I started guitar playing and songwriting when I was 15 years of age. At that time, I had my first experiences with girls :-)) my first love affairs, ups and downs in life, lovesickness ;-( disappointments :-( you know what I mean). It wasn't that exciting life I was looking for. I wanted to improve my English, to be able to write songs in English, I wanted to become rich and famous, or only rich, or only famous, I wanted to sing and produce songs,...
